✅ Step-by-Step Reconstitution Instructions
Step 1: Prep your area
Wash your hands and clean a flat surface. Have your pen, sterile water, and needle ready.
Step 2: Attach a needle
Twist one of the pen needle tips onto the end of the Wolverine pen until snug — or use an insulin syringe with the plunger removed.
Step 3: Draw sterile water
Using a syringe (or if the pen has a water intake port), draw up 3mL of sterile water. This is 3x 1ml insulin syringes.
Step 4: Reconstitute
Slowly inject the 3mL of sterile water into the pen. Avoid shaking — gently swirl if needed until the powder fully dissolves.
Step 5: Prime the pen
Click the pen once or twice into a tissue to push out any air and ensure fluid is flowing.
Step 6: Store properly
Refrigerate immediately (2–8°C). Use within 30 days of mixing.

Only reconstitute once per month.
